Shipping
[2025 Update]
We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually in three to four business days as wines need to be released to us from our third party storage warehouse for us to then ship.
Shipping may take longer for certain orders, and also may take longer if there are weather concerns that need to be addressed. If you have time constraints for your order, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and your shipping request to see if we can accommodate any requests.
Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground, and customers will receive a tracking number once their shipping labels have been generated.
Due to recent continued cost increases from third-party shippers, we have needed to amend our Ground shipping rates for all orders, including club orders. Below is a breakdown of the updated shipping rates for all club levels.
WINE CLUB MEMBERS
3 BTL club members – receive 15% off ground shipping on club orders + all other orders
6 BTL club members – receive 25% off ground shipping on club orders + all other orders
12 BTL club members – receive 50% off ground shipping on club orders + all other orders
GENERAL ONLINE ORDERS
6 BTL orders – 5% off ground shipping on all 6 bottle orders
12 BTL orders – 15% off ground shipping on all 12 bottle increment orders
Local pickup is still available and encouraged for all those in the Portland area. If your order is not picked up within 45 days after your order is charged, we will courier your wine to you at an extra fee of $30.
Damaged Wines, Returns and Cancellations
We’ll replace or provide a credit for any bottle of wine that is flawed or that you find unsatisfactory in quality, except when due to weather damage during shipping and you have waived our weather hold or air shipment recommendations.
Breakage during transit is the liability of the carrier. We do not refund shipping fees for wines damaged in transit, unless the third-party shipping provider takes responsibility for the damage to the shipped wines.
Extra fees incurred if no one is home to receive wines, or if wines are returned to the winery or to a holding facility are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you have made an order in error, please let us know immediately. If the order has not shipped, then we can refund the order minus a 15% restocking fee. If the order has shipped, but you have not received it yet and we are able to recall the shipment, then we can provide a credit for the wine portion of the order minus the 15% restocking fee. If you have already received your order and you want to return the wines, you will be responsible for the full Ground shipping costs to return the wines without any discounts. We cannot refund or provide a credit for shipping fees for returned or cancelled wine orders, unless the order has not shipped.
